My Health Coaching Philosophy

I designed this program for the everyday woman. I know life is so demanding, and sometimes taking care of ourselves gets put on the back burner. (Even as a health coach, I have been there too) But, I believe that your health can’t be left on the back burner, it is a crucial part of taking care of what God has given us. Health is a daily choice.

I used to believe that you could “be healthy”, but as I have grown and learned I have come to believe that health is just part of our journey. It is turly a daily, if not hourly, choice. No matter if you are “overweight”, have a chronic illness, struggle with binge eating or are an elite athlete - every single day our choices are either healthy or non healthy. Healthy isn’t a state of being, but more or less a lifestyle or truly a descion.

Because I believe health is a choice we make daily and also can truly be an act of worship, I created the S.I.M.P.L.E health coaching method. My S.I.M.P.L.E health coaching method is specifically designed for women who want to learn to live a healthy lifestyle that can last.
